ANNOUNCEMENT: Impact factor

The continuing efforts of the editors and staff of the Hellenic Journal of Cardiology to improve and promote the Journal have recently been rewarded. In the list of Impact Factors announced in June 2011, the HJC was included for the first time, with an Impact Factor of 1.172.

We would like to thank all our contributors for helping the Journal to progress into this new phase of development and we hope you will continue to send us your high-level research work for publication.

Because of the large number of submissions over the last few months, the HJC will not be accepting any more Case Reports until further notice.

  2. It is essential that you provide an e-mail address that is used only by you and by nobody else, as this information will be stored for future communication.
  3. Once you have logged on, please read the instructions carefully before you begin.
  4. After logging on for the first time with a new account, you should complete your personal data after selecting 'My data' from the menu. This will save you time when you submit a manuscript.
  5. Once a manuscript is submitted, you will be able to follow its progress through the 'View Submissions' option.
